SPECIFICATIONS
Oven frame work is made from 1/4" thick
steel angel iron, completely welded to form a
single unit.
The
oven body and lining are welded to the steel
frame work.
All
interior surfaces are made of 16 gauge, high
heat aluminized steel.
Exterior
front of oven constructed with 22 gauge, type
#430 stainless steel, #4 finish. Top, sides and
back are made of 20 gauge stainless steel. |
STANDARD
FEATURES
- Stainless
steel front, sides, top and back.
- Ruggedly
built for maximum durability, minimum maintenance
and economical operation.
- Door
is counter balanced with a heavy duty high tension
spring and will remain open or closed until moved.
- Heat
control dampers assure balanced top and bottom
heat for consistent, even baking results. Dampers
can be adjusted to give maximum bottom heat
during busy production periods.
- A
single flam diverter distributes the flame
uniformly in the burner chamber.
- Throttling
thermostat has a temperature range from 300°F to
650°F.
- Combination
gas control incorporates a manual gas valve, pilot
safety and pressure regulator. Pressure for
natural gas is 3.5" water column and 10"
water column for LP gas. LP UNITS NOT CE APPROVED.
- A
3/4" NPT gas connection is located on the
left side and left rear of the oven.
- Decks
are 1 1/2" thick ceramic, supported by
1/4" angle iron frame.
- Legs
are 7 gauge hot rolled steel and are painted with
bakertone gray paint.
- Ovens
can be stacked two high with no wasted space
between them.
- AGA,
CGA, CE and NSF International Certified.
