Applies accurate continuous or target pattern of heavy icings, brownie batters or other viscous products inside square or rectangular pans or foils.

• Border to border, corner to corner coverage.
• Available as conveyorized or cantilevered unit.
• High speed operation runs at rates up to 100 feet per min.
• Clean start at forward edge of foil/pan and clean cut off at the back edge of foil/pan.
• Plain or combed finish on top surface of icing.
• Simple adjustment of product thickness or product weight.
