Standard/Superior Wheel-Out Units

FEATURES

Spiral Mixers in the STANDARD and SUPERIOR production ranges are equipped with the KEMPER 3 Zone Mixing Principle.  The dough is driven through the mixing and resting zones alternately which therefore greatly reduce the risks of heat generation throughout the mixing process.

EQUIPMENT

The Wheel-Out model in the STANDARD and SUPERIOR product range are available with the following equipment, subject to model required.

  • Bowl mounted on a maneuverable and wheel-out carriage.
  • Hydraulic raising/lowering of the mixer head and hydraulic bowl locking system.
  • Automatic bowl locking system.
  • Connection for a central computer.
  • Digital display of the mixing time.
  • Digital temperature display with Pyrosor (Doug surface temperature).
  • Digital temperature display with PT 100 (Dough internal temperature).
  • built-in water pipe for connection to a water mixing device.
