The Avalon Electric Fryer
is a Heavy Duty Fryer in a compact design to give maximum production in
minimum space. All Stainless Steel construction with a 12" high back
splash and heavy duty mounting bracket ready to accept any Donut Dropper.
Exterior Drain Valve Control and Bolt Down Legs are all standard features.
