FEATURES

electronic thermostat has a maximum temperature
of 800° F. Displays actual oven
temperatures. May be set to display i
either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees.

and bottom heat are independently
controlled. This allows the user to
vary the wattage of the heating elements
in order to achieve the desired degree
of baking or browning.
- Computerized
conveyor speed control with digital
display provides uniform cook time even
when the load on the conveyor belt
varies, or voltage fluctuations occur.
Cook time from 1.5 to 30 minutes. Other
speed ranges may be specified when
ordered.
