SPECIFICATIONS:
CONSTRUCTION:
Oven
framework shall be made of 1/4" thick
steel angle iron, completely welded to form
a single unit. All interior surfaces shall
be 16 gauge, high heat aluminized
steel. Oven body and lining shall be welded
to the steel framework.
EXTERIOR:
Oven
exterior shall be made of 16 and 18 gauge,
Electro Galvanized Steel with high heat aluminized
finish.
DOOR
ARCH:
Arched
opening and lintel plate shall be made of 12
gauge high heat aluminized steel for support
of brick, stone, masonry or ceramic tile
finish.
ELECTRICAL:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a hot surface
ignition system coupled with flame
rectification control for the booster burner
with a 115 volt AC, 15 Amps. Power supply
cord. Other voltages available on request.
AIR
MIXER:
Each
oven shall be equipped with three (3)
adjustable brass air mixer shutters complete
with locking device for proper mixing of air
and gas - Two (2) for the main burners and
one (1) for the booster burner.
HEAT
CONTROL:
Each
oven shall have two (2) adjustable heat
control dampers to allow for the complete
balanced control of top and bottom
heat. In addition, each oven shall have two
(2) micro control heat dampers.
GAS
CONNECTION:
Each
oven shall be equipped for a 3/4" NPT
gas connection on the left side and left
rear.
LEGS:
Legs
shall be made of 7 gauge, H.R.S. with
Bakertone gray finish complete with casters. |

INSULATION:
Entire
oven shall be insulated with not less
than 2" thick heavy duty industrial
felt.
HEARTH:
Each
oven shall be equipped with hearths 1
1/2" thick and shall be supported
by a 1/4" thick steel angle iron
frame.
FLAME
DIVERTERS:
Each
oven shall be equipped with two (2) 16
gauge, high heat aluminized steel slide
out type flame diverters.
THERMOSTAT:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a 650°F
Thermostat.
COMBINATION
CONTROL VALVE:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a control
valve which incorporates a manual valve,
pilot safety automatic valve, and gas
regulator. Pressure setting shall be
3.5" water column for natural gas
and 10" water column for LP gas.
BURNERS:
Each
oven shall be provided with dual burner
units located below the baking chamber
to provide even heat distribution throughout
the oven compartment plus one booster
burner located inside the baking
chamber.
WARRANTY:
Each
oven shall b covered under limited
Warranty, for parts and labor, for a
period of one year. Travel time,
mileage, and/or shipping expenses
excluded. See Certificate of Warranty.
APPROVALS
AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Each
unit shall bear the approvals of American
Gas Association Laboratories and
Canadian Gas Association (in Canada
only); and NSF International
