top electric deck oven features two
corderite ceramic hearth baking
decks, each 17 3/4" wide by 17
1/2" deep in a single bake
chamber. 3" decks heights make
these ovens ideal for pizza,
pretzels, flat breads and bakery
products baked directly o the hearth
deck, pans, baking sheets or
screens.
Top
an bottom heat is provided by three
heavy duty incoloy steel tubular
heating elements total 1800 watts @
120V or 2850 watts @ 208-240V.
Thermostat ranges from 300F to 650F.
The 120V model is recommended for
par baked products only.
Exterior
front, sides, top and door is constructed
of type 430 stainless steel and measures
22 1/4" wide by 17 1/2"
tall. Door handle is constructed of tubular
stainless steel.
Baking
chamber is fabricated of high heat
aluminized steel and welded to form
a single unit. Entire oven,
including door, is insulated with 1
1/2" thick industrial grade insulation.
The
P18S feature a continuous ring timer
with manual shut off, a 6 foot line
cord, and limited one year parts and
labor warranty. |
