What is a Revolving Oven??
 A Revolving Oven works similar to a Ferris Wheel.  The trays revolve in the oven and load and unload one at a time in the front opening of the oven.  Product is baked evenly due to the rotation of the trays and these ovens are very popular for bagel baking.
