What is a Pie Press?
A Pie Press is a press type machine that can form pie crusts. A Pie Press is usually different than other presses, such as pizza presses, because it uses dies that are custom formed to a given pie plate or foil. So instead of pressing out a flat round piece, it is actually pressing the pie dough into the pie pan to form a crust.
