Donut Cutter Mounting Bracket and highly sensitive easy to use controls.
It provides quick start up, fast recovery, money saving efficiency and
many years of trouble free service (120 VAC Standard)

Made of all Stainless Steel Construction.
Temperature of the fryer is controlled by an extra Sensitive
Thermostat/Thermometer combination operating a Magnetic Millivolt Gas Valve.
(no electric power is needed). Exterior Drain Valve Control and Donut Cutter
Mounting Bracket provided.
