Spiral Mixers
in the STANDARD and SUPERIOR production ranges are equipped with
the KEMPER 3 Zone Mixing Principle. The dough is driven
through the mixing and resting zones alternately which therefore
greatly reduce the risks of heat generation throughout the
mixing process.
