What Is A Dough Sheeter?
A Dough Sheeter is used to sheet or "roll out" your dough. A dough sheeter takes the place of the traditional rolling pin, and in many cases is adjustable to allow for different thicknesses. Dough sheeters may also be available with cutters on them so that when the dough is rolled out, it is also cut into a desired shape for cookies, croissants or donuts!
