CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
  • Heavy duty stainless steel exterior with 300 Series stainless steel interior and aluminized steel top
  • Walls, ceiling and door are foam insulated
  • Modular wall and ceiling panels, designed for cam-lock on-site assembly
  • Gasket seals provided at all seams and panel joints
  • Quick response air-wash humidity/heat system with epoxy coated coils
  • High capacity refrigeration system
  • Designed for dual voltage 208 or 240 Volt, single or three phase power input
  • Heavy duty door with removable magnetic door seal and mechanical closure system.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES:
  • Dual purpose unit provides both dough proofing and retarding capabilities
  • 70-120°F proofing temperature range
  • 34-45°F retarding temperature range
  • Very accurate relative humidity control, with 50-95% operating range.
  • Same heating elements generate both heat and humidity. (No submerged elements)
  • Large evaporator sized for high humidity levels, to prevent drying
  • High capacity refrigeration system for fast temperature pull-down
  • All power supply components mounted above door, with unit front access
  • Interior bumpers protect proofer walls from rack damage
  • Full width grab bar handle protects door from rack dents.

Bakery Equipment.com only warrants equipment shipped within the United States of America. Bakery Equipment.com guarantees that the equipment will be in working order upon installation. Installation must be performed by an authorized Bakery Equipment.com service agency.
If an item sold by BakeryEquipment.com, Inc. does not work upon delivery and cannot be fixed, BakeryEquipment.com may in this case offer an in-store credit for another piece of equipment equal to the value of the item in question.
Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts warranty. Bakery Equipment.com will only pay for parts that are deemed necessary for the proper operation of the unit. Only parts purchased from a Bakery Equipment.com authorized service agency will be honored.
All used equipment sales are final. No returns, no refunds.
Used Items may not be returned because they do not meet the buyers needs.
