We can do jobs big or small and all of the conveyors are built in house from scratch. The equipment is built out of heavy duty stainless steel along with stainless steel gearboxes and motors. Our goal is to provide your company with a conveyor that can handle the everyday abuse better than the competitors.

Various standards and options available:

• Conveyor lengths start at 2ft long and will go as long and wide as you may want it

• Standard, incline, decline, pneumatic

• Frames made from 2" stainless steel tube with 3/16" thick walls

• Side rails laser cut out of 3/16" stainless steel

• 1"-5 acme thread legs, available in padded feet with or without bolt down hole or casters

Some of the more popular belting:

Intralox Belting: Can be ordered in acetyl material or polypropylene.  This belting is modular, meaning it's in a bunch of little pieces put together to get the desired width and length.  The benefit to this belting is that it's easy to replace any broken links and typically you don't have to replace the whole belt, just the link needed.

• 800 Series Flat Top – Very tough belting and and can handle heavy loads. Also comes in a roller top which is used for boxing applications. Often used with a product stop so boxes can accumulate and then be loaded onto a pallet.

• 900 Raised Rib – Can be used with comb and this helps eliminate tippage and hang-ups.

• 1100 Series Grip Top – Works well with wax paper applications. 

• 1100 Series Flat Top – Lighter duty belt but has a tighter transfer, designed for .875 nose bar.

• 1500 Series Flush Grid – Designed for a .50 nose bar.

• 1600 Flat Top – Very popular due to its strength and relatively tight transfers.  Also comes in a nub top belting style.  Used to break up the surface area of a product to eliminate sticking.

• 2400 Series Radius – Used for any conveyor that has 1 bend or multiple bends.  This belting can turn in 2.2 times the belting width.

• 2400 Series Tight Turning – This is the same as the 2400 Series Radius belting but it can turn in 1.7 times the belting width.

• Comb – Used with the 900 Raised Rib belting only.

• Flight – This is a standard flight with a nonstick design due to the vertical ribs on it.  Standard height is 4" but can be cut down to any height.

• Impact Resistant Flights – Heavy duty flights.  Standard height is 4" but can be cut down to any height.

Thermo Drive Belting: This belting is very versatile.  It is welded together making it seamless.  It is made out of polyurethane and can be purchased in white or blue color.  Can be ordered with flights, sides, nub top and flat top.  Because of the material that it's made of the products don't stick to it as much.  Also is a very easy belt to clean because there are no hinges or splicing.
