Function:
This high-production inline machine features five cutting stations with manual load and automatic offload. It includes 5 Ultrasonic blades that vibrate at 20 kHz allowing the machine to slice sticky and difficult to cut products. Touch screen operation allows one operator to run production. The machine has
quick-change product holders and can cut round cakes of various diameters. This machine is best for a high production facility slicing more than 400 cakes per hour.
