Avalon Proofing Cabinets are available in both Stainless Steel and Aluminum. All doors, inside

racks, supports and heater units are totally removable without tools. Heater/humidity control

unit has all exterior mounted controls allowing operator to adjust settings without opening the

door. The door is 3/16″ thick impact resistant clear polycarbonate panel sealed to a heavy duty

stainless steel or aluminum mitered frame.

This unit is designed to accept larger proofing screens 23″ x 33″ used in higher production bakeries. 120V – 1Ph – 60Hz
