E-39 – For Pre-Made Bags

E-Series machines are intermittent motion and designed to be used with Pre-Made bags or stand up pouches. Features Omron PLC with 7” Color touch screen. It can support 4 side sealed bags. Stand up pouches or zipper bags. Pre-Made bags are loaded into the magazine where these bags are picked up, opened and filled with products from a filling system such as linear scales, multi head weigh scales, volumetric cup fillers, volumetric piston fillers or auger fillers, after filling the bag is advanced to the sealing station, after sealing it is dropped onto the take away conveyor.
