The Dough Chunker Delivery System joins the BEcom Industrial line of mixers and bowl lifters to optimize production lines and offer significant improvements in efficiency ratings. 

AVAILABLE VERSIONS

TCS: “rolling” dough chunker activated by a pneumatic cylinder controlled by a photocell with steel structure and internal Teflon coating as well as scrapers and blade slides made of special plastic for food contact; perfect for direct unloading of medium-soft dough onto your divider or dough moulder.   

TCX: pre-portioning hopper with a Teflon coated stainless steel “star” cutting device controlled by a photocell; suitable for dosing of medium-soft dough for loading onto small hoppers or conveyor belts. 

Both models feature: stainless steel hopper and blade, gray coated steel structure, internal Teflon coating of the hopper and blade, photocell of dough level on discharge point, operating/maintenance instructions.

• Dough Capacity Options: 550 lbs. (250 ltrs), 880 lbs. (400 ltrs), 1320 lbs. (600 ltrs)
• Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper
• Teflon-coated stainless steel triangular double “star” cutting device
• Star rotation via gear motor
• Level photocell on the discharge point
• Coated steel tubular support structure
• Electric controls in watertight container anchored to the support structure
• Dough portions of approx. 44 lbs (20kg) each
