48″ Wide Make Up Table For A Cold Press Line. The Line Incudes the Following:

A Complete stainless steel make-up table with with a solid belt bed, with auto belt tracker and belt scraper. Includes a cross scrape conveyor.
ONE (1) PRE-SHEETER WITH TWO FEED ROLLS
The feed rolls are 13″ X 48″ with cleats. The unit will have one roll adjustable. Both rolls will be solid Teflon. The unit has a solid Teflon hopper that is removable, attached with bolts.
The pre-sheeter will be height adjustable and is mounted to the in-feed of the make up table.
Individual VFD speed control for each roll.

Solid Teflon and fully adjustable
Rolls are mounted over the make-up table
Each press roll has a driven back up roll under them and under the belt.
CONTROL PANEL HAS VFD CONTROLS FOR EACH PRE-SHEETER ROLL AND PRESS ROLL.
The panel has HMI remote to the panel door and includes six (6) E stop safeties on the line.
The line is guarded in addition to E stop safeties .
