The enclosure includes the baking chamber, structural framework, insulation and outside finish sheets.

The baking chamber is composed of steel weldments including top and bottom radiator ducts with expansion joints. These joints allow for internal expansion without movement of the oven as it is heated.

The structural framework supports the baking chamber, mesh hearth, combustion chamber, radiator ducts, oven tower(s) including burner and recirculating blower. Even the observation window housings are fastened to the structural framework. The construction of the frame is dual 4-inch channels separated by angle members set in a formed base channel. The floor channels are 4-inch with the roof being 6- inch.

The Oven ceiling houses the explosion relief system.

The baking chamber is insulated on both sides, (15 inches on each side), top (13 inches) and bottom (5 inches). The insulation is a thermafiber bulk rock wool composition with a 1000-degree Fahrenheit rating.

The bake chamber and burner tower has 304 stainless steel side wall and end wall finish sheets and exhaust hoods.
