Dies are for standard pie pans.

Dies come as a set of upper and matching lower crimp.

Crimp styles to choose from:

Plain Die

Spoke Crimp

Gear Crimp

Requirements for a quote:

–          Press Model

–          Provide Pan Top Out, Flange Width, Pan Depth & Drift Angle

–          Type of pan Material

–          Top or Bottom Crust?

–          If top crust: Is the top diameter to be larger for doming?

–          If a cookie or pizza crust: Does the die need to accommodate non circular shapes?

–          Edge Style

–          Single or double die? (If under 6? Diameter)

–          Brief description of process and dough type ( Wet, Gluten Free, Crumble ?)

Note:  We will need 4-6 of your pie pans mailed to us, so we can have the dies custom fit to your pans.
