Automatic Encrusting Machine

Model HM-168

The HM-168 Encrusting Machine has an output of 300 kg/hr.  It is a multifunction machine, able to make a 2 filling product and has an option to make a twisted product.  It will make products 40g max at 100 pcs/min.

It is designed to encase a filled inside outer casing to produce product into balls, bars and cylindrical moulding automatically.  It is specialized for manufacturing in Bakery, Confectionary, Sweet/Cookies and Frozen food products for high output of 100 pcs/min (under 45g) with a variety of food materials, from soft to sticky.  It can also be fitted optional shaping attachments for secondary moulding.

This machine is operated by computer and control panel so you can memorize 100 sets or programs for different product on the computer control panel.
