GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Walk-ins shall be constructed of prefab, precision-formed, modular panels designed for accurate, rapid field assembly. Walk-ins shall be test assembled at the factory. 

INSTALLATION

Each walk-in shall have a set of installation instructions and lay-out drawing. All panels shall have panel identification corresponding with the lay-out drawing to facilitate rapid and accurate field erection. Use of a local qualified refrigeration or mechanical specialist for install and start-up is required in most cases for manufacturer’s warranty coverage, and the installer’s info must be communicated to the manufacturer and seller prior to install and must be authorized. Installation is not included in the pricing, and would rely on local pricing by that independent service company.

SHIPPING

Complete system comes delivered on pallets banded and wrapped for further protection. A forklift will be needed to unload unit or the unit can be unpacked and unloaded panel by panel off the pallet while it is still on the truck. Two or three people will need to be available to receive delivery if this choice is chosen. The trucking company will be informed to call 24 hours before delivery. Shipping is calculated and quoted based on location and is not included in the item price.
