This model is a high production machine built to quickly cut tortilla or pita products into wedges. Stacks up to 12" can be placed in the machine and in one pass will be cut into a set number of portions. The sliced product then drops onto a conveyor to be moved into the next step in the production process. This Is a
great machine for any tortilla or pita production line cutting a high volume of round products into wedges.
