Gaudi Ciabatta Line
This line is developed to produce dough with hydration’s varying from 50%-95% allowing you to produce a variety of artisan bread. The Guillotine can be used as a straight blade or in a slanted position allowing you to cut breads at multiple angles. The Gaudi ciabatta line consists of several components, all interconnected with the ability to access each machine separately through a top of the line touch screen panel. These components can be operated automatically or manually.
