The Cleveland MKDL-80-T 80 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed mixer kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly heat, churn, and stir large batches of mashed potatoes, sauces, and more to a smooth consistency! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix processed meats for vacuum-sealing.

This Cleveland 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots, yielding consistently ideal results. A safety device prevents high speed starts, while its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.
