PREFAMAC SNIPPER I – Stainless Steel Chocolate Flaking Machine

FUNCTION:
-To flake chocolate blocks into ‘snippers’ or flakes of chocolate.
-Compact design (table-top model). For one block of chocolate.
-Consistency in quality.
-Easy and safe to operate and transport.
-Production level: 13 to 30 minutes for 11 lbs of chocolate, depending on thickness of the flakes and/or the extent to which the blocks are preheated.

MECHANICAL:
-Stainless steel construction, also the pick up tray.
-Set of 2 HSS blades which directly scrape the block via a horizontal moving mechanism. 
L: 14″ , W: 16″, H: 20″ (32″ with lever up)

ELECTRICAL
-Standard made 220V 1ph 50Hz or 110V 1ph 60Hz (is 220V 1ph 50Hz with transformer).
-Inbuilt security, this way the machine comes to a stop when the pick up tray is being removed.
-safety-end switch, start-stop button and emergency stop valve.
