The Multi-Lane Hinged Guillotine Cutoff Is Designed To Attach To A Vemag Filling Machine To Form And Cut Various Food Products Into Different Shapes.
A Simple Change Of Shaping Blocks Can Dramatically Alter The Shape Of The Product Being Made, Resulting In Near Endless Possibilities.
The Cutoff Attaches To To The Outlets of The Reiser Waterwheel. A Stainless Steel Manifold May Be Used To Adapt From The Centerlines Of The Waterwheel To The Final Product Centerlines
And/Or To Transition To Product Sizes Larger Than The Waterwheel Outlet Area If Required.
Cutoff Is Done By A Knife Mounted To A Hinge Assembly. A Pneumatic Air Cylinder Drives The Knife Downward While A Second Air Cylinder Pivots The Blade Away From The Cutting Surface.
This Eliminates The Product Contact On The Up Stroke Reducing Product Build Up On The Back Of The Knife.
