Dies come as a set of upper and matching lower crimp.

Requirements for a quote:

-          Press Model

-          Provide Pan Top Out, Flange Width, Pan Depth & Drift Angle

-          Type of pan Material

-          Top or Bottom Crust?

-          If top crust: Is the top diameter to be larger for doming?

-          If a cookie or pizza crust: Does the die need to accommodate non circular shapes?

-          Edge Style

-          Single or double die? (If under 6? Diameter)

-          Brief description of process and dough type ( Wet, Gluten Free, Crumble ?)

Note:  We will need 4-6 of your pie pans mailed to us, so we can have the dies custom fit to your pans.
