Features:

Upper housing and tank side walls constructed from all 12 & 14 gauge, T-304 stainless steel with a #3 polished finish. The tanks are welded watertight and sloped to drain connections with a 3" drain valves for quick draining.

Tank extension with hinged lids for easy access to filters, water fill connections and overflow skimming trough.

Dual stainless steel filter screens allow individual screens to be cleaned without shutting down the washer.

Structural frame will be of stainless steel 2” square tube.

Two 10” wide conveyors will be T-304 stainless steel heavy duty flat-wire belt with 1” x 1” openings. Stainless steel shafts supported by self-aligning pillow block bearings, fitted with plastic sprockets. Take-up units allow for belt tension adjustment.

Stainless steel guides will be provided through the washer. These guides will be fixed on one side of the tunnel opening and easily adjustable on the opposite.

1/2 HP variable frequency drive unit.

One (1) horizontal all iron pump, complete with 15 HP TEFC motor rated at 350 GPM at 80 ft. head. Plastic V-jet spray nozzles with quick disconnect will be used in the wash. All spray risers will have plastic quick disconnect for easy removal during maintenance and inspection.

The heated tank is equipped with a blower-type burner firing into a submerged 6” stainless steel serpentine tube. The burner will be pre-wired with all of the necessary equipment to meet the generally recognized standards of the NFPA. Exhaust flue will exit through the roof of the washer.

Indicating temperature controller with a separable well is also provided. A bronze float valve with stainless steel float and rod helps to maintain proper solution level.

Exterior piping for water fill, overflow and drain lines are fabricated from stainless steel. Gas lines are fabricated from mild steel.

The fresh water rinse is provided with a photo eye that will shut off the flow when no pans are being processed.

Each stage is pre-piped with a single point connection for cold water, hot water, gas and drains.

Two (2) tube axial exhaust fans complete with plenum, and necessary dampers driven by a 1 HP TEFC motors will be completely wired to the main control panel.

The hot air blow-off unit, an integral part of the washer, will help evaporate solution from the pans through series of stainless steel adjustable blow-off nozzles directing air to strategic points on the sides and bottom of each lane. Blower is rated at 6,750 CFM @ 9" SP and driven by a 15 HP TEFC motor. The blow-off unit is heated with a modulating blower type gas burner. The burner will be capable of 800,000 BTU designed to operate on the customer’s natural gas complete with NFPA safety gas train.

The hot air blow-off zone will be insulated with 2" thick mineral wool insulation covered by 20 gauge stainless steel.

A custom NEMA 12 steel electric control enclosure, complete with disconnect switch and starter, push-buttons and pilot lights wired to each electrical component of the washer.

Wiring will be run in aluminum conduit.

Emergency stop buttons are located at the entrance and unload end of the washer.

Lift-off housing access doors are located on each side of the wash, rinse, and pressure blow-off for easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

The Hot Air Blow-off is equipped with hinged explosion relief doors that provide access for cleaning and maintenance.

Heavy-duty stainless steel adjustable feet will be provided on the washer.

Bolt-on stainless steel guards will be provided where needed.

Washer will be factory wired and tested prior to shipment.

One (1) maintenance manual complete with spare parts recommendations and drawings will be provided.

Washer will be available for inspection prior to shipment.

An instantaneous gas fired water booster heater to heat the customer’s 120ºF (minimum) incoming fresh water to 180ºF operating temperature at the rinse nozzle.
