This model is designed to press and pack crumbs into the bottom of a half sheet pan quickly and with consistent pressure. The machine can hold 2 quarter sheet pans or 1 half sheet pan per cycle. The machine is designed to reduce labor cost and improve product quality and is best for bakeries pressing crumbs into more than 100 pans per run.
