DESIGN AND OPERATION
Designed for cleaning in place, without having to disassemble, a variety of conveyor belts commonly used in the food processing industry. The operation includes mounting the portable spray head over the belt, attaching the water and air hoses from the cart to the quick disconnects located on the spray head. Connect the water (160°F max.) and compressed air (80 PSI min.) feeds from your facility to the connections on the portable cart and plug in the power cord. After determining the time needed for one pass of your belting system, set the timer and press the start button. Then adjust the speed control of the rotating spray head to ensure complete over-lapping coverage for proper cleaning.
CYCLONE CART
30” x 60” portable STAINLESS STEEL platform cart with aluminum brackets and casters for ease of transporting complete “CYCLONE” unit throughout your plant.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
One (1) triplex high pressure pump constructed of brass. Complete with 7 1/2 H.P. wash down duty motor, 208/230/460 or optional 575 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle. Rated 3 to 4 gallons per minute at 1500 to 2000 PSI.
WASH HEAD
Circular wash head with mounting ears, sized to the belt width, constructed of light weight aluminum for ease of portability. Complete with air gear motor, air motor muffler, water union with filter, STAINLESS STEEL rotating wash arms with high pressure spray nozzles and thirty (30) feet each of high pressure air and water hose.
ELECTRICAL PANNEL AND CONTROLS
Electrical control panel is UL listed, NEMA 4X fiberglass construction with Square “D” components. 120 volt control circuit with Power On switch and cycle timer. With pressure blower option, WASH/BLOW OFF/COMBO cycle selector switch is provided. Supplied with fifteen (15) feet of power cord (twist lock plug provided by customer).
OPTIONAL PRESSURE BLOWER
One (1) high pressure blower with 7 1/2 H.P. or 10 H.P. TEFC motor (if total air knife length exceeds 100”), 208/230/460 or optional 575 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, Complete with two or three aluminum air knives, outlet adapter, hose clamps and ten (10) feet of flexible hoses to connect to air knives.
