This pound cake slicing machine is designed for cutting products such as pound cakes, dough, ice cream, and dessert bars into slices. The machine can cut and place Divider Inserts between each slice giving the finished product a professional look. The CS-4ABC is a semiautomatic machine and will index and return the platform to the operator automatically, making a very efficient production cycle. It uses a mechanical blade and is best used with frozen or hard bakery products. This machine is an economical solution for bar, log, loaf, and biscotti slicing.
