The 900 Series “Basic Four”
The Blodgett© Gas Deck Oven “Basic Four” can be mixed and matched to suit your exact requirements. The 900 Series Gas Deck Oven is offered in four basic models, each with the same overall footprint. This allows the sections to be stacked in any combination. From these sections, 32 different vertical ovens may be assembled, the possibilities are endless. Separate heat controls for each section permit cooking and baking at different temperatures, at the same time, in one oven! Blodgett’s “Basic Four” design gives you the ultimate in versatility, efficiency, and economy.

All Blodgett 900 Series Gas Deck Ovens have stainless steel front, top, sides and back; 42” wide x 32” deep baking compartment; counter balanced doors, heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle; angle iron frame, aluminized steel combustion chamber and baking compartment; mechanical thermostat and steel deck.

One 966 base section with 19" black adjustable legs, stainless steel draft diverter or draft hood and large Crown angle trim. 16 1/4" high baking compartment, 50,000 BTU.
