This mixer was made as an order for one of the
big bakerys in australia it can take any size
bowl up to 300mm dif.it has a clamping system
operating on a plc just push the bowl it
clamps its self. The drive wheels come in and
fines the ring on the bowl both wheels drive
if one blows still can continue production,
100 horse power motor built to last 4 mm
stainless steel body and there is only to of
its kind in the world valued at 250,000 and
over and can make some extras to the mixer if
need.
