No more rolling, sheeting, or hand forming dough.  The Comtec 2200 forms both halves of a double-crust pie simultaneously.  In addition, the 2200 makes perfect crusts for pot pies, tarts, hors d'oeuvres, cheesecake and quiche, in most round pans 1 inch (2.54 cm) through 12 inches (30.48 cm) in diameter.

Only one unskilled person is needed to form 350 to 700 perfect crusts an hour, leaving no scrap dough to recover.  NSF and UL approved, the 2200 will be your favorite piece of equipment in the kitchen, and will more than pay for itself in the amount of time and labor it saves you.
