Gas Series - 8" Deck Heights
The
Y Series are the greatest selling Deck Ovens in
the world. Designed for high volume, quality pizza
baking, they feature ceramic hearth decks, unique
microslide heat controls, 120,000 BTUH per deck
and may be stacked two high. Natural or LP gas.
Legs and flue included at N/C.
The
Display Series is ideal for display cooking and
exhibition kitchens, these new ovens are designed
and engineered to be "built-in" behind
brick, stone or tile.
With
the features and benefits of our standard Y-600
ovens, they feature an Old World style arched door
on the top deck, natural black doors and custom
wooden handles. Lintel plates support the masonry
or tile for ease of installation. All stainless
finish available. Natural or LP gas, Legs and flue
included at N/C.
