Standard Features:
Box to hold a total of 21 oven racks each having a depth of 65". Racks to be arranged 7 rack wide by 3 racks deep.
or: 42 Double Oven Racks 7 racks wide by 6 racks deep.
Seven doors to be furnished on each side of the box for pass thru operation.
Box to measure: 22'9" W x 19'6" D x 84" H
All panels, both interior & exterior, to be fabricated of Aluminum. Air washer unit to be fabricated of Stainless Steel & to be steam operated with digital controls. To be furnished with additional radiator & Stainless Steel pan under air washer.
